HISTORICAL TOUR

The Itinerary

TEHRAN

Day 1: Arrive at Tehran, meet and greet out representative at airport (IKA) and drive to hotel. From airport is (60Km, 1h). Later start for a city tour. Visit national museum of Iran (Iran Bastan), Sardar-e-Bagh-e-Melli, Glassware and Ceramic Museum, National Art Museum. Dinner in Shandiz Resturant (Persian Kebab). Overnight in Teheran.

 

SHIRAZ

Day 2: fly to Shiraz from Mehr abad airport which is inside Tehran city! Arrive in Shiraz meet and assist at the airport and move to hotel, later visit Vakil Bath ,Eram Garden, Karim Khan citadel, nasir-ol molk mosque and tombs of  Iranian Poet, (Hafez, Saadi). Overnight in Shiraz.

Day 3: Early morning drive to Marvdasht, visit Persepolis (Takht Jamshid), Tomb of The Great Cyrus, Pasargad, Naqsh-e Rustam, Qur'an Gate, Vakil Bazaar, Overnight in Shiraz.

YAZD

Day 4: After Breakfast drive to Yazd (438Km, 5h:30m) arrive in Yazd ,visit Zoroastrian Fire Temple, Amir Chakhmaq Complex, Jameh Mosque ,Overnight in Yazd.

GARMEH

Day 5: Visit Alexnder prison, Tower of Silence, drive to Garmeh Village (298Km, 3h:40m) Overnight in Garmeh.

Day 6: Visit Garmeh village and Mesr Desert. Overnight in Garmeh.

ISFAHAN

Day 7: Early morning drive to Isfahan (440Km, 5h:15m) Afternoon rest in Hotel, in the evening walking over the famous old bridges of Isfahan (Si-o-seh Pol and Khajou Bridges). Overnight in Isfahan.

Day 8: city tour of Isfahan, visiting the attractions around the Naghsh-e Jahan Square consisting of Ali Qapu Palace,Imam Mosque,Sheykh Lotf-allah Mosque and Bazaar. Later in the afternoon visiting the Vank Cathedral and armenian part known as Jolfa area. Overnight in Isfahan.

KASHAN

Day 9: Visit the magnificent Chehel Sotun's  Palace,Jameh Mosque after drive to Abyaneh Historical Village (174Km, 2h:45m) visit the amazing Villege with all natural red house, later drive to Kashan (87Km, 1h:10m).Overnight in Kashan.

TEHRAN

Day 10: Visit Brujerdis house and Tabatabaeis old Historical House, Fin Garden, Saraye Ameriha, lunch in Manouchehri Traditonial House, drive to Tehran (244Km, 2h:40m) .Overnight  in Tehran

Day 11: After breakfast, visit Niyavaran Complex, Sa'ad Abad Complex, Glolestan Palace, Grand Bazaar Tehran, afternoon rest in hotel ,evening visit Tajrish Bazaar, Dinner in Divan Restaurant (Persian food). Overnight in Tehran.The time of your flight, Drop Off to International Airport.

 Currency

The tourist who travel to iran cannot use their Visa or Master card or to withdraw any cash from ATM machines in the country, because of sanctions still in place on banks of iran. so the travelers must bring cash only for their entire stay. US dollars, Euros, and UK pound are the most preferred in iran's bank or the private exchange offices .other currencies can be exchanged as well but the named three are more common and have a better rate.
